Cancellation & Return Policy
At Style Smithy, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you need to cancel an order or return an item, our policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- To cancel, please email us at info@stylesmithy.com with your order number.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The original Style Smithy label/tag must be intact.
- Any signs of usage such as stains, perfume, deodorant, or wear will result in the return/refund being rejected.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Process:
- Email info@stylesmithy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will share the return shipping address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a store credit, exchange, or refund (as per your choice).
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be approved only if the product is in the same condition as it was dispatched, with the original label/tag intact.
- If the product shows any sign of usage (such as perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, or wear), the refund may be voided, and Style Smithy will not be responsible for processing it.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Store credit or exchanges will be processed faster (within 3–5 days).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
